Postdoc on hyperpolarized metabolic imaging at Harvard #DNPNMR

Polarize, a new manufacturer of dissolution-DNP polarizers based in Denmark, is seeking to hire a postdoctoral research staff as an on-site scientist at the Athinoula A. Martinos Center for Biomedical Imaging in Massachusetts General Hospital, Harvard Medical School, to develop hyperpolarized MRI techniques under the supervision of Dr. Yi-Fen Yen (Martinos) and Dr. Jan Henrik Ardenkjaer-Larsen (Polarize). The successful candidate will station in the Martinos Center as part of a growing team to help establishing a new and exciting hyperpolarized imaging program by utilizing the two SpinAligner polarizers in the Martinos Center. The opportunity for career growth is enormous.

We are conducting a broad search to recruit people of talent in various aspects of hyperpolarized metabolic imaging with a strong motivation for an academic career. The candidate must have demonstrated experience in areas related to hyperpolarized metabolic imaging, including but not limited to cell studies, hyperpolarized probe development, X-nuclear coil design, MR pulse sequence design, in vivo animal studies, IND application process for hyperpolarized probes, or clinical trials of hyperpolarized metabolic imaging. The Martinos Center offers superb mentorship and career coaching.
